Design of Special Purpose E-Power Tiller

Currently Power Tillers are working capacity is 4 to 5 hours and weighting up to 30 to 40 kg. The Power Tiller presented in this paper with design of machine and development of Chain and sprocket, bearing, electric motor, motor cycle wheel, wheel angles, lithium ion battery, electrical controller and wiring, mount and joints, supporting frames, screw and fitting. This Power Tiller is meant for cultivator farms with minimum inter row this of machine is 3 hours in 100 meter distance are cover and changeable battery 54.6 volt are used, this battery charge in 2 to 3 hours and same motor would be used in the machine. Power tiller is designed mainly for tilling of seedbed in small farms and in hill farming and also for carrying out spraying operations in horticultural crops and food crops. The adoption of power tillers by the farmers for carrying out farming operations is low when compared to tractors.
