Meta Consistent Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Assessment Suite

Abstract
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is still one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders, but the availability of validated neuropsychological testing is hindered by economic constraints, a lack of specialized personnel, and the laboratory equipment required. In this paper, we describe the Multi-Task Consistency (MC) Assessment System—a deterministic, rules-based cognitive phenotyping test system implemented as a Progressive Web Application (PWA) with offline support capabilities. The platform delivers a set of five standardized computerized tasks—Continuous Performance Task (CPT), Go/No-Go, N-Back, Eriksen Flanker, and Trail Making—and measures over fifty psychometric features, including ex-Gaussian reaction times, Inverse Efficiency Scores (IES), micro-lapse markers, and a newly introduced cross-task MC Index, which characterizes individual intra-individual variability (IIV) independent from average accuracy scores. A compensation detection algorithm identifies effort-related dysregulation in high-functioning subjects who perform at or close to ceiling-level accuracy with effortful compensation. Validation using artificial data reveals discriminatory sensitivity to the IIV profile consistent with ADHD. The PWA is available for use on all browsers supporting HTML5 without any installation. Furthermore, experimental validation on a clinical dataset of N = 1,000 participants demonstrates an overall accuracy of 97.7%, a sensitivity of 96.8%, and a specificity of 98.5%.
