AI-Enabled Visual Inspection System for Vehicle Fitness Verification

An AI-based vehicle fitness testing system is proposed to reduce manual inspection and improve efficiency. It detects visual defects using deep learning models. YOLOv11s and Tesseract offer high speed and accuracy, though Tesseract shows limitations in RC reading. PaddleOCR and DeepSeek OCR improve accuracy but face integration challenges. The system generates automated inspection reports.
