Development of an AI Powered Critical Care Healthcare Diagnosis for Rural Areas

Abstract

The AI would be doing a revolution in the modern health care sector with the enhancements of the accuracies in the diagnostics, to do personalization’s in the treatment plan, to improve the outcome of the patient. The AI based is revolutionizing the healthcare industry by enhancing diagnostic accuracy, personalizing treatment plans, and improving patient outcomes. AI driven applications, such as deep learning-based medical imaging, predictive analytics, and naturally based languages processing of the documentations in the clinical based outcome and these are transforming traditional healthcare workflows. However, the integration w.r.t. the AI based healthcare sector is fraught with challenge to include the privacy in the data concern, the biasing in the algorithm, constraints in the regulations and the inter-pretabality w.r.t. the AI based decision, ensuring transparency & fairness in AI models remains a key hurdle in their widespread adoption. This paper aims for providing a deeper insight analysis in AI application for healthcare, explore emerging trends such as GPT-based models for medical documentation and federated learning for privacy preserving AI, and discusses the ethical and technical challenges which should be having to address the harnessing of the AI full potentialities. We conclude with recommendations for the next directions in research, to include the improvement of the AI based explainability, developing robust regulatory frame works, and enhancing dataset diversity to mitigate bias.
