NeuroCore – A Technology Driven Neurodevelopmental Care with Structured Supervision

Abstract

Neurodevelopmental conditions affect everyday functioning in structured and practical dimensions that extend far beyond academic performance. Individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Dis-ability (ID), Specific Learning Disorder (SLD), Communication Disorders, and Motor Disorders frequently experience challenges in organizing routines, regulating emotions, maintaining attention, and interacting within digital environments. While therapeutic interventions and educational support systems exist, they often operate independently and do not provide continuous assistance for real-life daily functioning. This research proposes an integrated digital sup-port ecosystem designed to assist individuals in managing practical, day to day activities through condition specific adaptive modules. At the center of the system is a dynamic Individual Activity Engine that personalizes task presentation, interface structure, and interaction flow according to the selected condition. The framework incorporates structured visual scheduling tools, guided academic assistance, communication scaffolding, accessibility adaptations, emotional regulation utilities, moderated caregiver interaction spaces, and professional service connectivity. Rather than serving as a therapeutic intervention, the system emphasizes structured functional assistance, independence enhancement, and cognitive load reduction. By bridging clinical guidance with practical digital support, proposed framework aims to create a unified and human centered assistive environment for sustained daily engagement.
