Study of the Effect of Wind Power Penetration on the Power Grid

Wind power generation is highly unreliable due to the unpredictable nature of wind speed. It is essential to examine how wind power grid connections impact the electricity system to ensure its safe and dependable operation. In addition to reviewing the effects of large-scale wind farm grid connections on the power system and their corrective measures, this paper discusses the current state of wind power development both domestically and internationally.
