Mind Mate: Mental Health Support System using NLP and Deep Learning

The objective of this project is to develop an intelligent mental?health assistance system, MindMate, that delivers accessible, empathetic, and real?time emotional support using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep?learning methods. Mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, and chronic stress are increasing worldwide, yet many individuals hesitate to seek help due to social stigma, high treatment costs, and limited access to professional care. MindMate attempts to reduce these barriers by enabling automated interaction through text and voice interfaces, allowing users to communicate their feelings comfortably.
