Abstract
The integration of artificial intelligence in mental health has emerged as a transformative response to the global mental health crisis. However, ethical concerns regarding data privacy, algorithmic bias, and regulatory compliance, among other concerns, remains paramount. This paper adds to existing evidence-based insights. For clinicians, developers, policymakers, and healthcare administrators considering digital mental health interventions.
