Abstract
With the rapid increase in security and safety concerns across industries, incident reporting remains crucial for the integrity of operations, is super important for keeping things running smoothly. The problem with traditional systems is that they have slow response time, manual errors in entering data, missing insights, and failure to generate analytics automatically. This paper proposes an AI Powered Incident Reporting and analytics Platform, which uses machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and data analytics to automatize incident capture, classification, prediction and generation of functional understandings. The platform can be used to report in real-time by using web applications, sensibly classify an incident, even predict incident and its severity and provide dashboards that can be used to visualize and analyze trends. This paper examines the usefulness of the Incident reporting system web-based system in the place of paper workflows. The results of the experiments are positive in terms of speed of response, precision of report and support of decisions compared to the old approaches. Safety and security are becoming bigger deals everywhere, reporting incidents is super important for keeping things running smoothly. Our research shows this web-based application is far better than using traditional or paper works. It is faster, more accurate and helps with making decisions much more than old methods.
