Food Recognition and Calorie Estimation using Convolutional Neural Networks

We propose a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based food classification and detection model which uses TensorFlow for calorie estimation, in an image of food taken. The calorie count is calculated on the basis of the calorie value for each identified category of fruit or vegetable.
