Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a key strategic instrument to any organization that seeks to establish a strong brand image and develop a customer relationship that is long term. In my study, the determination I aim to make is the role of CSR activities in enhancing brand reputation as well as customer loyalty. It examines the ability of socially responsible initiatives to affect consumer attitude, trust and emotions to brands. Involving a descriptive research method, the study examines secondary information presented in the existing literature in pinpointing the most important relationships between the CSR practices, brand reputation, and customer loyalty. The results indicate that well executed CSR programs can be used to greatly promote brand credibility, customer trust as well as resulting. This research finds the conclusion that CSR is a moral yet a strategic requirement to sustainable business development.
