Abstract
The internet of things is rapidly expanding. As a result, increasing computing capacity, storage capacity, and network resources are, by consequence, being required. Cloud computing provides scrapable computer capability with high data processing Speed. In addition, it saves network use while enhancing data privacy. The report discusses the integration of edge cloud for smart environments based on the IoT, with a detailed discussion of compute architecture that encompasses cloud computing architecture. Finally, it also discusses strategies for the management of cloud/resource orchestration which are compatible with typical applications of IoT. With the expansion of IoT environments, it should be noticed that there are still many problems which have to be resolved, including interoperability, automation of smart environments, and system optimization. Finally, the report provides insights with key research paths that should still be explored.
