A Holistic Approach to Know Food Image Recognition Technology using Inception v3 an Image Classification Model

This research helps to understand the efficient way to know the food image recognition using a robust method Inception V3, a CNN model for recognizing the food image. Food has been a very crucial thing in our day-to-day life, and to measure what we eat is really important. Inception V3 Convolutional Neural Network model is proposed for the efficient recognition of the food images. In this model the Inception V3 model is combined with the concatenated features to enhance the performance. It enhances the feature extraction and gives it to the image classification. The Inception V3 model is built in Tensor Flow environment using Python for deploying the CNN models.
