Healthcare Chatbot with Al-powered Technology

Abstract
The development of chatbots in healthcare has upgraded patient care with an efficient, accessible, and cost-effective solutions. This paper presents a comprehensive survey of healthcare medical chatbots in terms of technology upon which they are based, application, advantages, and shortcomings. These systems, which are based on Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning (ml), are viable inpatient triage, appointment scheduling, mental health support, and chronic disease management. This survey will explore various technologies behind healthcare chatbots, their vast system of applications, and obstacles. From symptom checking and mental health support to chronic disease management and medication adherence, chatbots are revolutionizing patient care by offering 24/7 accessibility, reducing healthcare costs, and enhancing patient engagement. Through an analysis of real-world case studies and emerging trends, this paper highlights the potential of healthcare chatbots to bridge gaps in healthcare delivery while emphasizing the need for robust regulatory frameworks and continued innovation.
