Abstract
Modern library spaces become user-focused intelligent environments because of recent AI, AR, and Predictive Analytics technological convergence. A new integrated system based on the latest technologies will tackle common library management issues, including inventory inefficiencies and inadequate user interaction and accessibility problems. The paper stresses the combined effectiveness of these technologies, although earlier studies investigated them separately. AI system improvements in libraries result from three key components, including automated cataloguing technology and Natural Language Processing search platforms, and librarian chatbots that deliver unlimited help and customized book suggestions to users. The implementation of AR provides intuitive services by allowing virtual navigation of digital maps within libraries, combined with interactive educational content for children and accommodation solutions for readers with physical disabilities. Predictive Analytics depends on borrowed item patterns combined with historical reader actions to enhance their book buying processes and their inventory control procedures, and staff deployment decisions. Multiple institutional case studies, such as the New York Public Library alongside Singapore National Library and Helsinki Central Library, have shown the practical application of technology, which leads to greater user contentment alongside better operational quality, together with maximized resource value. The study deals with important ethical matters, including the elimination of AI bias and protecting data privacy, together with ensuring fair accessibility. A strategic guide for Smart Libraries 2.0 implementation is provided to direct stakeholders toward sustainable frameworks that combine scalability with ethical integrity. Libraries will transform into knowledge ecosystems that utilize AI and Predictive Analytics, as well as AR, to become dynamic, data-powered systems that fulfill the future requirements of smart cities and digital education environments.
