Enhancement of Public Safety using Internet of things Comprehensive Study

This research paper critically examines the enhancement of public safety by the use of the Internet of Things (IoT). The Internet of Things (IoT) is an innovative technology with vast potential for improving public security and safety in many areas. We discussed the application of IoT in public safety, such as its application in smart cities, environmental monitoring, and crisis management. The research elaborates on the IoT system architecture, noting the five-layer architecture and its significance to security and privacy in public safety systems. We also provide case studies of actual application of IoT to public safety scenarios. The paper concludes by examining the potential of IoT in public safety and the necessity of robust security measures to thwart any vulnerabilities in IoT-based public safety systems.
