On-Duty Management System with Integrated Result Analysis and Job Scheduling

To maintain accurate academic records in educational institutions, on-duty (OD) and leave requests must be handled efficiently. Traditional approaches that use paper records usually lead to delays and inadequate documentation. Through our integrated on-duty management system, the head of department (HOD), year in charge, and tutor evaluate student requests in a hierarchical fashion. Leaves are automatically recorded once they are approved. The system’s Result Analysis tool allows faculty to upload PDFs of their semester results for automatic performance analysis that identifies patterns and areas for improvement. The Job Scheduling component allows HODs to allocate tasks to faculty members, ensuring efficient workload sharing. Our system uses MongoDB, ShadCN UI, and Next.js to improve administrative efficiency and transparency.
