Recipe Generation from Food Images using NLP and Deep Learning

Abstract
"The "Recipe Generation from Food Images" project harnesses deep learning to transform food images into detailed, easy-to-follow recipes. Utilizing advanced computer vision techniques, the system analyzes images, detects ingredients, and infers cooking methods. By uploading a dish's picture, users receive a suitable recipe title, a comprehensive ingredient list, and step-by-step cooking instructions. Trained on an extensive dataset of food images and recipes, the deep learning model effectively identifies various dishes, extracts key ingredients, and recommends precise cooking techniques. Natural language processing (NLP) is integrated to generate clear and coherent instructions, enabling users to effortlessly recreate meals. The project features an intuitive interface available on both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and accessible experience. This innovation has the potential to transform culinary exploration by allowing users to discover and prepare dishes from around the world with a single photograph. Whether for food enthusiasts, home cooks, or aspiring chefs, the system simplifies recipe discovery and enhances cooking skills. By blending deep learning, computer vision, and NLP, this project demonstrates the increasing role of artificial intelligence in everyday life, paving the way for future advancements in the culinary domain.
