Workload Optimizer: A Django-based Staff Monitoring System with ML Integration

Abstract

Employee working ability is a key priority for company. Top-performing company are distinguished by their implementation of a high-performance ability to work system. Various companies, management in the executive stage severely impacts work ability, preventing employees from reaching their full potential. This is a major dynamic factor affecting productivity. Several factors influence employee performance, including internal and physical capabilities, skills, training, motivation, organizational culture, compensation, career advancement opportunities, teamwork, workload, and organizational structure. Companies strive to attract also give skilled workers on a worldwide scale. There are also initiatives aimed at fostering.an environment within these organization that maximizes employee productivity. However, a key challenge is that the interests of employers and employees are often misaligned. Workers typically want lower workloads, while managers attempt to increase output by overburdening employees. Additionally, employees seek higher wages, while employers aim to reduce costs by paying less. Both scenarios negatively impact employee performance. Many researchers have explored various factors influencing employee performance, such as the relationship between pay, organizational culture, stress, and workload. In real life, workers frequently face workload issues, and each individual is affected by a range of stressors in both their work and personal lives, which ultimately impacts their well-being and performance. With increasing concerns about workload and stress, it is essential to address these issues carefully. This study aims to consolidate and evaluate different perspectives on workload and employee performance, highlighting key points for the guidance of both managers and workers. Python has become a widely used and favored programming language because of its simplicity and ease of learning. Its flexibility makes it an excellent choice for building web applications, with robust frameworks like Django, web2py, and Pyramid backing it, making Python a leading option for web development.
