Abstract
Nanorobotics is a revolutionary field in biomedical science, with enormous potential in treatment, diagnosis, and services. This review synthesizes the information on the subject of the current state of nanorobots having utilization in targeted drug delivery, cancer therapy, biosensors, and tissue engineering. It also discusses the problems and trends closely associated with the field, such as biocompatibility, targeting, control, and regulation. Such inventions, that slowly develop materials science, artificial intelligence, and biomimicry progressively augur the nanorobot’s elevating potential of personalizing medicine, and of extending its sphere of influence besides health care. This review emphasizes the need for an interdisciplinary approach to address the existing challenges that have to be solved to integrate nanorobots into clinical practice.
