Abstract

The shift to use renewable energy sources has made it even more crucial to correctly estimate the demand for solar panels. This paper develops an analytical framework that could be used to determine the number of installed solar panels to meet certain energy demand requirements. The factors used in the approach include daily energy consumption, the efficiency of the photovoltaic module, geographical irradiance, and losses that include shading, wiring, and inverters. The study adopts calculation models and geographic specific solar data and power to generate rational assessments of panel needs under different climatic conditions. Another help of the proposed framework is cost analysis and providing environmental impacts, genetic here the focus on carbon emissions. The discoveries have a particular target of informing, and aiding, entities involved in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, to embrace more sustainable as well as cheaper; solar energy systems.
