Security Analysis of Cryptographic Algorithms Including SHA-256, SHA-3 and ECC in the context of Mining in Blockchain Technology

Abstract
Cryptography stands as a pivotal tool in safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality, particularly in the face of escalating cyber threats including Blockchain technology. This research delves into the realm of cryptographic algorithms, focusing on their pivotal role in ensuring secure communication over networks. The study analyses three prominent algorithms: DES, Triple DES, and RSA, representing both symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic techniques as well as SHA-256 and SHA-3 in the context of Blockchain Technology. The analysis of through rigorous examination and assessments is presented based on their efficacy in securing data, encryption speed, and overall throughput.
