Abstract
A cutting-edge AI-driven system has been created to transform upper-body rehabilitation by improving accessibility and patient involvement. By leveraging advanced motion tracking and machine learning algorithms, the platform provides customized exercise suggestions and employs augmented reality (AR) feedback to ensure patients perform movements correctly. This solution addresses critical challenges in physical therapy, including accessibility barriers, feedback precision, adherence issues, and patient engagement. It enables individuals to consistently perform therapy sessions from home. Early trials reveal enhanced compliance and quicker recovery rates, particularly aiding those with difficulties accessing traditional therapy. This research highlights the game-changing role of AI and AR in making physical rehabilitation more efficient, accessible, and scalable.
