AI Powered Tele dermatologist and Bridging Gap in Remote Health Care

Abstract

Skin diseases are becoming a greater concern throughout the world, specifically in the remote areas where medical facilities are very scarce. Early diagnosis is particularly important for effective treatment for skin diseases. Availability of dermatologists is the major concern in distant places. The Development of AI-Powered Tele dermatologist uses Deep Learning methods for early diagnosis of different skin diseases is presented in this research. A Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) algorithm is used in training the model to diagnose skin lesions. The ISIC 2019 dataset is used to train the model across 9 categories of skin diseases.
