Threat Tracker using SIEM

This paper gives an overview of the role played by SIEM systems in the detection of abnormal behaviors and potential threats within a broad scope of IT environments. While SIEM systems are very important for productive security monitoring, there is equally the tendency to expose sensitive information contained in system logs. In this work, we propose an enhanced SIEM solution integrated with such features as data masking, fine-grained access control, and customizable dash- boards. These enhancements range from protecting sensitive data while enhancing anomaly detection automation to strengthening an organization’s security posture.
