Researchers say that by 2050 global waste generation will take over the global population. Zero waste manufacturing is a technique that can help to reduce the generated waste and at the same time help to develop methods to recycle and reuse it. There are many technologies available for implementing zero-waste manufacturing. An evaluation of the technologies should be done to select an appropriate one. Reduction of waste generation and its proper reuse should be done to tackle the impact of environmental pollution and climate change.
