Abstract
Proposing an avant-garde solution for optimizing student inquiries within the academic institution, an advanced conversational AI agent is introduced. This cutting-edge chatbot seamlessly integrates into the university's web platform, delivering swift and insightful responses to user inquiries pertaining to admission protocols, tuition structures, and academic calendars. Harnessing state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) methodologies, the system meticulously dissects user input, facilitating streamlined human-machine interactions through both auditory and textual modalities. The utilization of sophisticated linguistic analytics ensures not only the rapid dissemination of pertinent information but also fosters a seamless and intuitive engagement experience. This sophisticated initiative leverages the capabilities of an Artificial Intelligence algorithm, employing an advanced Naive Baye’s methodology to comprehend and intelligently respond to a myriad of user queries. By accessing an expansive and robust database of institutional knowledge, the chatbot autonomously discerns the most pertinent and precise responses tailored to individual user inquiries.
