Profitability indicators will include net profit margin (NPM), return on equity (ROE), and return on assets (ROA). Dividend policy will be evaluated using dividend payout ratio (DPR). The market assessment will be conducted based on the priceearnings ratio (PER). research findings indicate that DER, CR, NPM, ROE, and DPR significantly able to explain market assessment (PER), while DAR, WCT, TAT, and ROA are not significantly able to explain market assessment of non-bank companies in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2022.
