This research uses probability sampling with proportional stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and data processing was carried out using the Structural Equalition Model (SEM) analysis tool through the AMOS version 24 application. The study's findings demonstrate that (1) KM influences EEpositively; (2) KM influences productivity positively; (3) TL influences EE positively; (4) TL influences productivity positively; (5) EE positively influences productivity; (6) EE can mediate the relationship between KM and productivity; and (7) EE can mediate the relationship between TL and the productivity of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (KSP DIY).
