Deep Learning Models for Brain Tumor Classification

Abstract
Applying Deep Learning (DL) models in Brain Tumour (BT) classification helps the doctors to do the diagnosis accurately. Many research works are being done in this area. Convolutional Neural Network, Recurrent Neural Network, and Transformer based models are the main DL models dealing with BT classification. Different datasets are available which provides MRI images of brain with and without tumour. Our aim is to find the best model from these three for the BT classification. The conclusion of our study is that CNN based models perform well in BT classification. Transformer based models also have the potential. Hence, these two models can be used as a hybrid model in BT classification for a better performing system.
