Abstract

The steady-state and dynamic phases of operation can both be improved, the transmission corridors have been controlled using FACTS and flexible AC systems. To provide variable AC power flow regulation in the distribution corridors of an MV distribution system, Using the FACTS idea, this project suggests extending power distribution networks. The management of renewable energy sources (RERs) and batteries as a type of energy storage will be the main focus. The distribution network operator (DNO) can use the suggested FACPFCS outputs to help with peak shaving, supporting voltage and amperage, reducing long line sag, grid mitigation of reverse power flow, relieving congestion, delaying distribution upgrade, and a storage bus with regulation that can act as a load or a generator
