Smart Irrigation using Water Flow Sensor, Soil Moisture Sensor, Temperature Sensor and ESP8266 Arduino Board

Abstract

The emergence of Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) beginning from computer-controlled water irrigation tools to lightning and air going with the drift has changed the conventional scenario of farming. This paper proposes and show a cost-powerful easy-to-use Arduino-based absolutely controlled irrigation tool. The designed tool gives several environmental factors which includes moisture, temperature and, amount of water required with the useful resource of the use of the plants the use of sensors like water waft sensor, temperature sensor and soil moisture sensor. Data are accrued and received with the useful resource of the use of Arduino which can be linked to an interactive net webpage which show the real time values collectively with the standard values of a different factor required with the useful resource of the use of a crop. This allows man or woman to manipulate irrigation pumps and sprinklers from a long way distance through a net web page and to meet the standard values which can help the farmer to yield maximum and satisfactory plants. Studies accomplished on laboratory prototypes recommended the designed tool to be applicable which can be implemented.
