Contactless Auto Temperature Detector and Door Opener System for COVID-19 Safety

Abstract
It is observed that the situation arising due to covid-19 pandemic since 2020 has an impact on people’s livelihoods, their health and life style. To make a room or hall free from infection and to avoid the gathering beyond the capacity it is very essential to put restriction at the entrance. So, in this article it is tried to find out the covid-19 safety detection, by the use of contactless auto temperature detection and automatic door opener system to maintain covid-19 safety zone/Area or identify the Covid-19 Symptoms by the temperature detection. Here the IR system and receiver has been used for detection of person’s temperature in the entrance. If the measured temperature is within the range i.e. from 84°F to 100°F then the system will allow to enter through the gate otherwise the entry will be denied. The number of people allowed for the room as well as the number of people activity present in the room can be viewed using a bluetooth application. So, there are some sensor has been used such as MLX90614 and DHT11 humidity sensor with ESP8266 node MCU, Digital Locker,16*2 LCD display and I2C connector.
