Abstract
The goal of this research project is to develop a system that can translate motions
from sign language into text and spoken formats, facilitating comprehension for both people with
and without disabilities. Individuals with disabilities have various obstacles in their lives, one of
which is their restricted capacity to engage with those who do not have disabilities. It is crucial to
close this communication gap between these two groups. People who have these kinds of
communication needs communicate with one other in a variety of ways, and sign language is
among the most widely used. People are able to communicate with their bodies through sign
language. In the quickly developing science of gesture recognition, each character or symbol in
sign language methodically reflects a certain meaning.
