Abstract
In the dynamic realm of online fashion retail, the incorporation of Virtual Try-On
(VTO) technologies stands out as a pivotal innovation to bridge the gap between digital shopping
experiences and the traditional in-store try-on process. The integration of Motion Gesture-Based
Virtual Try-On technology in e-commerce has revolutionized the online shopping experience,
enabling consumers to interact with virtual clothing items using natural body movements. The
core technologies that enable Motion Gesture-Based Virtual Try-On include Gesture Recognition
and Tracking Systems, Skeletal Pose Estimation algorithms, Real-Time Rendering and
Animation techniques, User Interface and Experience Design principles, and Compatibility and
Integration with various devices. Additionally, practical considerations such as user calibration,
adaptability to diverse body types, privacy concerns, and technological limitations must be
addressed when deploying Motion Gesture-Based Virtual Try-On technologies in e-commerce.
By offering a comprehensive overview of these technological foundations, this research aims to
guide e-commerce platforms in effectively harnessing these innovative technologies to elevate the
online shopping experience, reduce returns, and foster increased customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
