Abstract
This initiative aims to tackle the complex health challenges presented by Polycystic
Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and Polycystic Ovary Disorder (PCOD) that impact women's wellbeing
globally. It provides personalized diet and fitness plans tailored to individual symptoms using
machine learning technology. This empowers women to better manage their health, alleviate
symptoms, and restore hormonal balance. Additionally, it nurtures a supportive community for
networking, sharing experiences, and accessing educational materials to dispel myths and spread
awareness of PCOS/PCOD. The overarching goal is to prioritize women's health, circulate
knowledge, and drive progress in sustaining healthy lifestyles to better cope with these conditions
- working towards a healthier future for women worldwide.
