Abstract
The swift advancement of technology and the growing demands of consumers drive
the industry to operate dynamically and adapt constantly in the branchless banking. The
banking industry's use of technology has enabled digital services such as mobile banking. The
use of technology by the banking industry has enabled digital services such as mobile banking
that can be accessed anywhere and at any time. The aim of this research is to examine the
relationship between internal and external characteristics in order to understand how people
use Bima Mobile. This research uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach to
determine the level of customer acceptance of Bima Mobile Bank Jateng services, a mobile
banking application. A total of 416 Bima Mobile users were taken as samples using purposive
sampling. The data analysis technique in this research uses SEM-PLS. The research results
show that risk perception, technology acceptance, individual creativity, perceived usefulness,
perceived ease of use, and attitudes towards use have a significant effect on intention to use
Bima Mobile.
