Abstract
One of the problems faced by the company PT. Palm House Property Yogyakarta is
that employee performance is still not as expected. This low employee performance is
influenced, among other things, by compensation, work motivation, and job satisfaction. This
study aims: (1) to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance; (2) to examine
the effect of work motivation on employee performance; and (3) to examine the effect of job
satisfaction on employee performance. Respondents in this study were 50 employees of PT.
Palm House Property Yogyakarta. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed
using multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect
on employee performance, work motivation had an insignificant effect on employee
performance, and job satisfaction had an insignificant effect on employee performance. Based
on the results of this research, it can be concluded that employee performance is influenced by
compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction.
