Abstract

With the exponential growth in various technologies today, IoT is one of major domains which has found a broad spectrum of applications. The aim is to increase the quality of healthcare facilities with the help of IoT. The requirement of proper healthcare facilities in remote areas are yet to be covered. The IoT based health monitoring system helps in improving the quality of life of the people in rural areas. Various sensors like ECG senor, temperature sensors, heartbeat sensors and others collects the data from the patient and stores in the cloud, and these data is used for further monitoring. This reduces expenses of long distance travel to seek medications. This implementation not only promotes the growth of the healthcare facility in the country but also utilizes the best of the IoT applications for the welfare of the society.
