Hand Gesture Recognition (HGR) plays a pivotal role in human-computer interaction,
driven by advancements in computational intelligence, sensor technologies, and computer vision.
This progress is the outcome of extensive research and development, with multiple notable works
in the field. This journal offers a comprehensive analysis of computational intelligence aspects
