Abstract
The design and development of advanced customer relationship management (CRM)
and performance management systems are essential for modern businesses to manage, influence
and run business well on customer relationships. This short article describes the design and
development process for systems using PHP as their primary programming language. The CRM
component of the system focuses on centralizing and improving customer information, ensuring
effective communication and increasing customer satisfaction. It includes features such as
customer profile management, contact history tracking, lead management and sales pipeline
monitoring. These capabilities enable businesses to better understand and engage with customers,
improve customer retention, and increase sales. The role of managing the operation of the system
is designed to increase efficiency and coordination in an organization. It offers features such as
workflow, monitoring, deadline management, and file sharing. The system simplifies operations
and maintenance, enabling teams to work more efficiently, prioritize productivity and meet
deadlines. The system was developed using PHP as the primary language due to its versatility,
capabilities and community-wide support. PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony can be
used to speed up the development process and ensure reliability
