Abstract

Alzheimers disease (AD) and dementia in older adults is a major public health problem, the most common cause. The aim of this research article is a brief introduction to AD and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is to provide the concept. AD and MCI articles that medical students should be familiar with the clinical and neurobiological aspects emphasized. In addition, the use of biomarkers for the diagnosis of articles AD describes progress in ongoing efforts to develop new therapies and highlights.
