Abstract

‘Dreaming small is a crime’ this is the famous saying of Dr.A.P.J.Abdul kalam and a ground truth for every individual who constantly aspires for more. So dream big, and subsequently it is also a crime to dream big if we don’t work hard and lead steps towards attainment of these dreams. Today whenever we open a website of a university, college or a department the first thing we notice is the vision of the same being stated at the forefront, yes what is this vision? Why do we need a vision? What if we just keep doing things without any vision? The term vision means “the ability to think about the future with wisdom”. Vision is the guiding light for realization of our aim. Without vision we do get lost in our process of work, it is basically essential factor to decide on our goals, objectives and stay focused in attaining the same.
