Abstract

Compliance is known as one of the most expensive\nareas, irrespective of domain and geography. Technology\nparadigms like Cloud computing, Big Data and IoT are evolving\nwith more opportunities. The significant advancements brought\nlots of challenges in parallel. The need for user authorization is\nthe key requirement of compliance. Though, there are several\nmethods applied to ensure compliance, many security breaches\nare reported these days. Data breach is one among the top of\nthose concerned areas. This elaborates the need of compliance\nand all organizations to focus on their customer data evidently\nwith extra vigilance. Witnessing capability of Internet of Things\nis leveraged to enhance the compliance assurance servicing area.\nThe novel approach, proposed in this paper, is for user\nauthorization in real time for the key transactions. This would be\na key step in the area of proper authorization of any user even\nafter an initial authentication. The model is discussed in detail as\na proof of concept with couple of trade-off as assumptions and is\nimplemented and the results are discussed.
