Abstract

As we know that there is a huge growth in the\ndemand for electricity, we have to look into all possible ways of\ngenerating electricity mainly renewable sources. It is known fact\nthat methane gas is a major product of the anaerobic digestion.\nThe fermentation caused by this silk worm waste produces the\ncombustion gas. It is used to generate electricity where in rural\nIndia especially where the silk warm horticulture exists, usually\nlots of these anaerobic wastes are used for fertilizers, instead we\ncan use for generating electricity in bio digester as an inlet\nproduct. Because of its high combustible nature .In this paper we\nare trying to present an effective approach to the techniques of\ncalculating the quantity of electricity that can be generated from\nthe waste of silkworm and also process involved in purification.\nThe collective analysis of the acquired data from the sericulture\ndepartment the analysis of obtainable biomass waste in tones per\nday from the case study and the biogas accruable of total\ncapacity of running a 60 watts biogas generator, even if the load\nis in sufficient to produce the electricity requirement it may also\nuse for cooking purpose in rural areas so the Eco balance and\ndeforestation is limited to certain extent. In our paper the\nmonitoring of biogas generation and its further process is\ncontrolled through valves and sensors usage in determining the\nsystem automation is discussed.
