A Generic Framework to Model, Simulate and Verify Physiological Parameters for Prognosis of Health

Abstract

The Electrical bio impedance (EBI) measurement method is noninvasive method for modelling the Impedance\nCardiograph(ICG) and Impedance Respirogram (IRG) . The heart rate is a basic and important for the diagnosis of human\nhealth. The heart can be calculated from recording of Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Photoplethysmography (PPG). Also,\nparameters from EBI will provide heart rate. Here, HR from EBI based algorithm is considered to find a respiratory signal.\nWith hardware directly signal can be extracted which are then de-noised to compute Heart Rate. The result and analysis give\nadditional tool along with other existing algorithms to get heart rate and other biosignals. Also, results have good accuracy\neven in all conditions of subjects. The evaluation criteria are evaluated in terms of the minimization of the Sum of Square\nError (SSE), a high correlation between data and model (R-Square), as-well-as short execution time. Bioimedance gives the\nend user the freedom to simulate EBI signals as per needs for further analysis. The frame work revolves around respiratory\nsystem, cardiovascular system and muscular system. The framework simulator would have a definite chance for collaborative\nresearch with other algorithms for betterment of health diagnosis. The paper also reveals the role physiological situations,\nvarious pathological settings for interpretation of subject.
