Abstract

Rapid growth in the technology, has led the computer and information security a most challenging task.\nTraditional methods provide security by means of text-based passwords, which are easy to crack. This paper presents a\ngraphical password method in which the authentication of the user is based on the recognition of pictures in an array. The\nproposed method is user friendly and is robust to shoulder surfacing attacks. Hence the proposed method is more secure than\nexisting methods.
